Blue Flower

Production studio — est. 2026

Nobody else
will ever make
this video.

Blue Flower makes everything upstream of a children’s rhyme video: the song, the storyboard, the character sheet, the thumbnails. Each kit is sold exactly once, to exactly one channel.

$39 a kit — six concepts in the drop of 26 August 2026

The upstream problem

A song and a story are the hard part.

The animation tool was never the bottleneck. Today a solo operator has three bad options.

  1. 01

    Three freelancers

Lyrics from one seller, a storyboard from a second, a thumbnail from a third.

Around $100 and three days of waiting, for every single video.

  2. 02

    A $9 prompt pack

The same file sits on three hundred other channels, word for word.

Since July 2025, YouTube's inauthentic-content policy targets exactly that.

  3. 03

    Writing it yourself

Verse that does not scan when sung. A mascot that mutates between scenes.

The two things a small child notices before anything else.

Inside one kit

Buy a concept. A whole kit arrives in minutes.

You take a concept from the shop for $39. The studio produces the entire object around it, then marks the concept Retired.

A character sheet: one round bluebird mascot drawn in four consistent poses on ivory paper.

06

2 options, composed for a small screen and a scrolling thumb.
07
Listing text
Title, description and tags, plus the order to assemble it all in.

No account and no password, at any point. The kit lives on one permanent link, and one reroll is free if it misses.

Specimen — scene 01 of 18

Written to be pasted, not rewritten.

Every scene carries one shot prompt in monospace: framing, light, palette, camera move, duration. This is a real one.

Wide shot, dawn. Pip the bluebird asleep in a woven nest on a
birch branch, one wing over her eyes. Soft low sun from camera left,
long shadows across the bark. Hand-painted gouache, warm ivory sky,
cornflower and coral palette. Slow push in, 4 seconds, no camera shake.
Four hand-drawn storyboard frames: a bird waking in a nest, hopping along a branch, splashing in a puddle, singing to the moon.
Storyboard — scenes 01 to 04

The rule

Sold once. Then gone from the shop.

The creative argument

No other channel can publish your video. Not a variant of it. It.

The plain argument

Nothing about a one-of-one kit is mass-produced, repetitive, or shared with three hundred channels.

Every retired kit is recorded in the Registry: its number, its title, the date it sold. That record is the product.

Concept art: a small bluebird on a birch branch singing up at a full moon in a cornflower-blue night sky.

Kit No. 041

Pip sings the moon awake

A bedtime rhyme in 18 scenes, for one channel only.
